The Comprehensive Survey Forum is designed to identify and explain some of the changes that are most significant to the provider community. The speakers will also outline ways for Owners, Administrators and Directors of Nursing to minimize risk and achieve good survey outcomes. An update on CMS new rules, program letters and policies will also be provided. In addition, information on how to track and calculate your Five Star rating will be shared.
