In 2007, Katherine co-founded C&V Senior Care Specialists, Inc. with Dr. Verna Carson. She is a board-certified psychiatric nurse and a certified care manager with 30+ years of clinical/development experience in Behavioral Health Care, Dementia Care and Long-term Care. She began her career at New York Hospital Cornell-Medical Center Payne Whitney Clinic. Upon leaving New York Hospital, she worked for Abbott Laboratories in Pharmaceutical Sales and then Drug Development and eventually left to Head a Division at SCP Communications who served the Pharmaceutical Industry. In 1995, she was asked to join a National Home Health Provider to develop Dementia and Behavioral Health programming. In her 12 years there, she was also a Divisional
Vice-President of Sales and a General Manager over one of the countries' leading revenue markets.

Amy Craven, Vice President/Owner, C&V Senior Care Specialists
Dr. Amy Craven is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Case Manager specializing in geriatric care. For more than 30 years Dr. Craven has worked in healthcare in both clinical and leadership positions. In 2017 she recognized the need among the elderly for assistance with planning for care and initiated the new Care Management arm of the business with an emphasis on assisting individuals and families to understand long term care options. She has managed and marketed both Home Health and Home Care in WNY as an Administrator for a national agency.
