Stephanie Johnston, MBA, is president and CEO of Transcend Strategy Group, a team of advisors working with senior care providers to increase referrals, reduce turnover and improve patient experience. Stephanie writes and speaks extensively on strategic planning, leadership, continuous improvement and talent development. Her personal experiences in caregiving led her to leave a Fortune 500 management career for the senior care industry. Stephanie serves on boards and committees for the National Association for Home Care & Hospice, the National Hospice and Palliative Care Association and the Private Duty Health Care Association.

Emily Zarecki, Vice President of Account Management

Emily Zarecki leads the Transcend team for a number of hospice and healthcare clients across the country. Her leadership enables the agency team to strategically approach each client?s situation and develop powerful creative branding and marketing initiatives. The results ultimately drive preference to increase referrals, admissions, length of service and revenue. Her past experience includes leading corporate communication, public relations and change management communication for a variety of healthcare organizations. She writes on a range of topics including employee engagement, internal communication and PR.
CEs & Other Education Requirements:

This program is approved for one (1) hour of credit for CEHCH, CEAL, nursing home administrators and nurses. Individual attendance will be monitored throughout the call. Only those attending the entire call will be awarded continuing education credit. All participants, regardless of need for credits, may receive a certificate of attendance.
